Anna Obregon, a third-generation migrant farmworker experienced life altering childhood incest resulting in other forms of abuse. By necessity, she developed a hard-working ethic and determination to stop the suffering from the cycle of intergenerational violence her family. This manifested into 20+ years in the violence against women movement through her work as an advocate, survivor-support group leader, core advocacy trainer, prevention educator, and as a certified sexual assault crisis center director. Her pursuit for a fulfilling life has driven her to master personalized mindfulness techniques that she now shares with other willing survivors.
