Adriana Caldera Boroffice is a non-profit leader with knowledge and expertise in the movement to eliminate violence against women. She stands for peace, courage, and healing (as a means of being whole) for herself and all others. She seeks a world where communities live free from violence, racism and bigotry, and BIPOC lives and experiences are valued. For the past fifteen years, she has developed and resourced comprehensive domestic violence and sexual assault services to meet the unique needs of survivors. She has worked at YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley for the past fourteen years, and currently serves as CEO.
