Rocio Molina, JD, serves as Senior Legal Associate at ValorUS, leveraging her 17 years of
experience providing legal counsel, research, and training to support survivors of gender-based violence. As an experienced national trainer on immigration law, civil legal needs, cultural competency, and language access, Rocio is dedicated to meeting the intersectional needs of survivors. She served as faculty and coordinator for the government on U, T visa, and language access compliance. Rocio represented hundreds of immigrant survivors through the Violence Against Women’s Act. She is the daughter of immigrants and hails from the binational, bicultural border in El Paso, Texas.
