It's Not You, It's Them - Navigating Imposter Syndrome and Standing in Your Full Power (Davis LEAP)

From the author:

Imposter Syndrome refers to feelings of self-doubt and the perception that one’s place in the world and accomplishments may not be deserved and may be exposed as fraudulent. In our white supremacist heteropatriarchal society, it is no surprise that imposter syndrome is a common phenomenon for women in the workplace, including women of color, and it is something that I, myself, had struggled with as I transitioned into leadership roles within my organization. This resource provides an overview of imposter syndrome and addresses its intersections with race and gender. It provides strategies for individuals who may be struggling with imposter syndrome in the workplace as well as suggestions to leaders to support shifts in their agencies to combat imposter syndrome and support their staff.
