Ashleigh Klein-Jimenez (she/her) started her work with the movement to end sexual violence in 2005 when she discovered preventative work and its focus on social change through her local rape crisis center. Ashleigh’s experience in direct service and community prevention programs in greater Los Angeles led her to join VALOR in 2015.

As VALOR’s Director of Prevention, she supports the organization’s various prevention projects, including community and state colleges, community programs, and PreventConnect, the nation’s leading online community to advance the primary prevention of sexual and domestic violence. Ashleigh received her Master of Public Administration focusing on Nonprofit Management from California State University, Long Beach.
