Claudia Sibaja (she/her/ella) has dedicated her career to providing essential legal support, advocacy, and training to diverse communities. Her background includes extensive work in immigration law, where she has offered technical assistance on legal matters such as VAWA,  U-Visa, and T-Visa applications.

Claudia is a VALOR Senior Project Manager and she leads daily operations for grants that support California’s rape crisis centers and immigrant survivors seeking legal remedies. She has organized national and statewide conferences focused on sexual assault prevention, addressing critical issues within organizations, and promoting advocacy. Claudia has an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Pasadena City College and various certifications in translation and interpretation, trauma-informed care, and legal advocacy.
