Participants learned about Logic Models' role in program planning and the "what, why, and how" of the process. The session summarized critical points from the Logic Model Resource Guide, detailing components and practical steps for using a logic model. By the end, attendees could describe robust Logic Models that define program goals, activities, outputs, and outcomes for successful program implementation.
